| Silvio O. Zafra was born in Miami, FL. During his childhood, his parents were executive professionals in the entertainment industry. They claim Silvio always wanted to accompany them to work and be around the production set. Growing up amongst artists, musicians, performers and athletes is likely the reason Silvio developed such a strong admiration for the arts. Silvio has always been fascinated in the way music, art and the world of entertainment connects all types of individuals regardless of their background, culture, race and religion.
In 2002, Silvio obtained his Bachelor's in Business Administration & Management. He has worked extensively in all aspects of event & multi-media production, creative design and numerous phases in talent marketing, management and development. Silvio is also a well versed musician with a background in vocals and percussion. With this diverse creativity and passion, Silvio launched Unforgettable Music and Productions Inc... UMP is a full service production company capable of producing intimate to large scale projects. | Maggie Z. Lorent was born in Havana, Cuba. Her family moved to Boston, MA when she was three years old. Maggie has always been a music enthusiast and during her childhood, she became extremely popular in her community by implementing Latin rhythm dance classes to her school peers while at lunch time. After the school faculty took notice, these activities led to an official yearly event titled "Latin Rhythms", produced and directed by Maggie at the early age of 12!
Ms. Lorent graduated from Boston College with a nursing degree but after several years, the Bostonian chose to switch careers and work with several respected personalities whose opinions and accomplishments have been well documented in the entertainment industry. Maggie decided to move to Florida after being contracted to produce her first sell out concert in 1987 titled "Festival Cancion Al Amor" held at the James L.Knight Convention Center in Miami, FL. Because of the festival's success, she immediately began to create a buzz while winning the respect and recognition of industry giants and retained to direct and produce similar festivals all over the world. In 1990, Maggie was hired by RMM Records and after only two years was the first female promoter to become a branch manager for a major industry label. Over the years as producer, director, manager and record label professional, Ms. Lorent has had the opportunity to organize large events such as: Festival Calle Ocho, Liga Contra El Cancer, Aplauso 92 FM, Festival International, Cancion Al Amor, Galaxia De Estrellas and the official tour events for the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996. Maggie has also been the recipient of many prestigious awards from notable U.S. cities like City of Atlanta, City of Los Angeles and City of New Orleans. Ms. Lorent's work has been featured in numerous publications. She has been quoted, "music is my business, art is inspirational, entertainment motivates and producing makes me feel alive".
